ATTENTION! Yogurt is not included in the tables because it is a mixed product made up of protein, carbohydrate, and fat. Yogurt with 2% fat is a food that can be eaten on its own.

In “The Zone,” fresh milk is treated as a combination of protein and carbohydrate, meaning it is a mixed product. It is recommended to use low-fat milk (up to 1.5%–2%), with 1 protein block + 1 carbohydrate block equal to approximately 200–240 ml (1 teacup).

How to include it in your menu:

Balanced breakfast (1.5 blocks): Mix 330 ml of fresh milk (up to 1.7% fat) with 1.5 fat blocks (for example, 10 g of raw cocoa) for a quick drink.

Products that require calculation based on the label are also not included in the tables. For your convenience, we have provided the method for calculating the product.

(!) Since the above-mentioned products are not included in the tables, when entering the products for the recipe into the tables, you must calculate and additionally add the yogurt, fresh milk, and any product that is calculated based on the label in order to get the exact blocks in your recipe.
